7 Puck Game

7 Puck Game

Great fun game to finish off your practice for all ages.

7 pucks and a goalie with each group of skaters (could be 2 or 3 or 4 groups)

On the whistle 1st skater tries to carry their puck, penalty shot style, in on their goalie and score. If they do, that puck is complete and out of play, onto the next puck. If they dont score (and no scoring on rebounds) they have to retrieve the same puck and pass to the next skater in line.

First group to score all their pucks wins! Losing teams do pushups.

Lots of fun and a great way to finish a great practice.

Watch video to see drill in action with a combination of 16U and 14U players.
