• D’s and Forwards start on diagonal ends of the ice facing one another

• On whistle D/F’s pass back and forth until they get to far blueline

• D’s then perform an escape as F’s swing low for an outlet pass- Call for the Puck

• Accelerate through neutral zone - tracing outside the dots

• Finish plays 1 v1
