Incorporating a Knee Drop (with either one or two legs) enhances edge & glide, balance, posture and much more. A kids mechanics will really be revealed (positive or negative) by isolating and performing a 1 knee drop. Here are some variations:
Foreward stride to Right Side only knee drop
Foreward stride to Left Side only knee drop
Foreward stride to Alternating Side knee drops
Backward C- Cut to Right side only knee drop
Backward C- Cut to Left side only knee drop
Backward C- Cut to Alternating side only knee drop
Foreward to Backwards L/R only knee drops
Foreward to Backwards Alternating side only knee drops
