2 Stick Edge Work Drills
These are basic and simple drills that can really help a player develop their edges.
2 Stick Parallel Drills Include:
Mowhawks (as see in video)
Tight Turns (make sure the player stays low throughout the drill instead of bobbing their head up and down)
Cross Overs Forward or Backward
1 Leg- Inside to Outside Edges (advanced)
These can be done by one person or as a tandem, with one player on a knee resting while the other performs the drill.
When you put the sticks together length wise, you can now make them a Tag or Chasing game.
Incorporate for a few minutes at a practice and watch their edges improve!
