Simple Drill to Improve Passing and Footwork

Great for Stations or Small Groups

Passing/ Recieving and Skating… essential elements to improving your game. Take this simple drill and use it within your station based or skill practice.

Figure 8 - Forwards through the middle of the cones and backwards to the outside of the cones. Always face the passer with your stick on the ice and head up.

Pass in all 3 windows- Middle- and to each side of the cones. Keep your feet moving as you give and recieve passes.

After completing the figure 8, hold onto the puck and attack a pad or obstacle before shooting on the net.

Keep your feet moving once you get passed the passer.
