Give and move shooting drill that’s simple but effective in teaching some essential concepts:

  • Passing

  • Catch & Release Shooting

  • Shooting Fundamentals- Head Up/ Good Follow Through/ Weight Transfer

Try it in a station or small group practice sometime. These clips are taken from a Boston Bruins practice and a U8 Seacoast Spartans practice.
